CCR offers supportive bolsters and positioning to support expecting mothers at any part of their pregnancy, as well as those recovering from recent surgery. Our Licensed Massage Therapist Mackenzie Griffin is certified in prenatal massage techniques to ensure your comfort and safety.

Is massage therapy safe when you're pregnant? 

Yes, but only if you go to a massage therapist licensed in prenatal massage and experienced with massage bolstering.

Does massage hurt when you're pregnant?

No, massage should not hurt when you're pregnant but you might experience bruising or after-session soreness as is typical with any massage.

Can I do add-ons with this program?

You can do add-ons with this program but you cannot add an Infrared Sauna Session or our Himalayan Salt Exfoliation as it contains essential oils that can be harmful for baby. 

Can I gift the Mommy To-Be Massage Program or do you have to be pregnant to purchase?

The Mommy To-Be Massage Program makes an excellent gift for any expectant mother and can be gifted.
